Fred!

  Fred did manage to find her way into my sewing room today. Along with one of our craft show bags. The very bag I did not know I needed. It had my tagging gun in the side pocket :D I am so happy to have finally found it. Everything just looks so much nicer when it is visibly tagged. ~Ginger

Not a Productive Day..

   It is very wet and dreary out today so I have not unloaded our stuff yet. Posting a product a day is not going to happen. My intentions were in the right place though.
   Fred our mannequin needs to be in here though so I can use her for display. We got her on a wing and a prayer one day. Some woman posted in a vendor group on FB that first comer could buy her and the price was well worth the hour long drive. I had just posted and she had replied when numerous others dibsed her all within 60 seconds. When we arrived at the meet-up spot, she told us the name was Fred. Someone had written on the bottom of her leg with a sharpie, and it was bad luck to change its name. Being a Baptist I don't believe in 'luck' nonetheless she remains Fred to this day. Nothing else (Fredericka, Fredda, etc) ever stuck.

This is the outfit I made before HUBFEST. It was an adult x-small and Fred the mannequin is just an 8 so I had to pin it in the back. It turned out quite cute though.

I am constantly wracking my brain for new ideas to sew. Things that are functional yet flattering. Something someone would love to wear. My forte is ultra stretchy so that is what I will stick with. ~Ginger
